Refund Policy
Refunds are only considered under very rare and specific conditions:

Non-Delivery:
If we fail to begin your custom system setup and coaching within 30 business days
of payment, with no communication or progress.

Breach of Agreement (By Us):
If we fail to deliver on the agreed-upon scope outlined in writing at the start of the program.
✅
Execution Guarantee Clause:
If you follow the system exactly for 120 days, can prove it, and don’t make measurable progress, you are eligible for an additional 120 days of 1:1 coaching for free
—not a refund.
🚨Note:
Even in rare refund cases, only partial refunds may be granted to account for time, resources, and custom setup.
Refunds Will NOT Be Granted For:
❌ “I Changed My Mind” or “No Longer Want Coaching” — All sales are final.
❌ “I Didn’t Get Results” — Results depend on your execution; we provide
systems, strategy, and accountability—not guarantees of revenue.
❌ “I Didn’t Follow the System” — Lack of effort or partial participation voids any refund eligibility.
❌ “I Didn’t Show Up” or “Missed Check-Ins” — Participation is required for results.
❌ “I’m Going a Different Direction” — This is a custom, high-touch program ; all sales are final.
❌ “I Don’t Like the Coaching Style” — Full transparency is provided before purchase; preference dissatisfaction does not qualify.
Code of Conduct – Non-Negotiable
🚨Solicitation of inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the contract without refund.
Respect and professionalism are mandatory.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
🚨 Chargebacks will be treated as fraud and breach of contract.
• You agree to contact us directly first to resolve any concern.
• Chargebacks result in immediate termination and legal action to recover losses
Cancellation & Modifications
Once onboarding begins, cancellations are not permitted
Modifications to your system/coaching schedule are welcome and can be discussed at any time to ensure progress.
Agreement Acknowledgment
By purchasing The Prosperity Shift Coaching Program, you:
✔ Understand this is a service, not a refundable product.
✔ Agree to participate fully and provide necessary materials when requested.
✔ Acknowledge that execution is your responsibility — we provide systems, structure, and accountability to empower your success.
✔ Waive your right to request a refund outside the rare conditions listed above.
